What is Sports Massage?
Sports Massage is a form of soft tissue mobilisation, focusing on relieving pain, discomfort, and restrictions of the soft tissues.
Sports Massage Therapy often forms an important part of rehabilitation after soft tissue injury, however it's equally important to use massage as a preventative treatment to enhance mobility, posture and performance, whether that's in your office chair or in the gym.
The massage treatment will usually focus on individual problem areas, rather than a full body massage.
